Japanese Gimlet
Coconut, wasabi, and lime juice are a fantastic combination. Inspired by Jennifer Bloesser, owner of Oregon Coast Wasabi, when she used these ingredients to make an ice cream.

Ingredients
- 3 oz Scratch Azuma Vodka
- 1/3 oz Coconut Simple Syrup
- 1/3 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 Lime twist
Instructions
- Shake, strain, and pour into coupe. Garnish with lime twist
