Japanese Gimlet

Coconut, wasabi, and lime juice are a fantastic combination. Inspired by Jennifer Bloesser, owner of Oregon Coast Wasabi, when she used these ingredients to make an ice cream.

  • Shaker, strainer, ice


  • 3 oz Scratch Azuma Vodka
  • 1/3 oz Coconut Simple Syrup
  • 1/3 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Lime twist


  • Shake, strain, and pour into coupe. Garnish with lime twist
