The Hawaiian gin and tonic. Mike drop.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scratch G&T Style Gin
  • 1 oz Lilikoi Liqueur
  • 2 oz Fever Tree Tonic
  • 1 wedge Pineapple

Instructions

  • Pour into a stemless wine glass on a couple of large ice cubes.
