  • 1.5 oz Martini Style Gin
  • 3 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Grapefruit Peels
  • 3 Sage Leaves
  • Cava sparkling wine or Brute Champagne


  • Slap sage leaves between your hands and add to shaker with grapefruit, gin, juice, and syrup. Shake vigorously with ice then strain into a coupe. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a sage leave.
