Cranberry & Cinnamon Breakaway Sour
2oz Scratch Breakaway Spirit
½oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1oz Fresh Orange Juice
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
1oz Cranberry & Cinnamon Simple Syrup (recipe below)
2 Drops of Cinnamon Addition (Optional, if wanting more cinnamon flavor)
Pour all ingredients into a lowball glass, over ice, stir and enjoy.
For Simple Syrup:
2 cups of fresh cranberries
1 cups of water
1 cups of sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
Cranberry & Cinnamon Simple Syrup: Boil water, sugar, cranberries and cinnamon sticks. Reduce to a simmer, and cook till cranberries have burst open and easily be stirred into syrup (about 10 minutes). Strain out chunks and skin. Once cool. Add ¾ cup in a shaker with other ingredients, and serve.
