2 oz Scratch Breakaway Spirit
1 oz Rhubarb Simple Syrup (recipe below)
1 Lemon Wedge
Stir Breakaway and simple syrup in a Old Fashioned glass, squeeze the lemon wedge over the glass, and place the wedge into the glass. Stir, and add ice.
Rhubarb Simple Syrup: Heat one cup of water until just boiling. Slowly stir in one cup of sugar. Add two branches of rhubarb cut into small pieces and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain out rhubarb chunks and let cool.
