Sally Cinnamon

3oz Scratch Wheat based Vodka
.5oz Spiced apple Cider
2tsp Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz Gingerbread simple syrup (Recipe below)
Cinnamon stick

Shake all ingredients with ice, then pour over ice into a lowball glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Gingerbread Simple Syrup: 0.25 cup ginger minced, 0.25 tsp nutmeg, 0.25 tsp clove. Slowly add one cup of sugar to one cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add ginger, bring to boil, reduce to simmer, add nutmeg & clove and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Let cool, then strain out ginger.
