  • 2 oz Scratch Edmonds'Own Whiskey
  • .5 oz Blackberry-Sage simple syrup 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar heated on low until dissolved then remove from heat, add 1/2 cup blackberries and 12 sage leaves for 30 minutes then strain.
  • 1 Blackberry


  • Stir whiskey and simple syrup in low ball glass for 10 seconds then add 1-3 ice cubes. Add blackberry garnish.
