Inspired by Jennifer Bloesser of Oregon Coast Wasabi. THE wasabi producer in the USA and she used the combination of lemon and cucumber with wasabi in an ice cream recipe.
Servings: 1 person
- Muddler, pint glass, strainer, rocks glass.
- 3 oz Scratch Azuma Vodka
- 1 oz Ginger Ale
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon twist optional
- Muddle cucumber slices (number of slices matched to your taste, 1-8) in pint glass with Azuma and ginger ale.
- Strain into rocks glass with a large ice cube.
- Add cucumber or lemon twist depending upon love for cucumber.
