Whiskey Sour
Home made sour mix blends beautifully with our smoky single malt!
Servings: 1 person
Ingredients
- 2 ounce Scratch Smoked Single Malt
- .75 ounce Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- .25 ounce Fresh squeezed lime juice
- .75 ounce Simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
- 1 dash Aromatic bitter
- 1 Orsella cherry
- 1 peel Orange
Instructions
- Single Malt, lime juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in shaker for a dry shake, vigorously.
- Then add ice and shake again.
- Pour into rocks glass.
- Add dash bitters, orange twist, and cherry.
